There are only two extra fees, and we always tell you about them before you book.
Meet-and-greet
Always free, before any first booking. It is how we make sure your pet is comfortable with us.
Holiday fee
Added on statutory holidays and peak dates. We work seven days a week, holidays included.
Travel fee
May apply for addresses further from us. If it applies to you, we say so before you book.
Photo updates
A photo and an update after every visit and walk, and every day of a boarding stay.
How a Price Adds Up
All prices are in Canadian dollars. We confirm your total with you first, then you pay by e-transfer or cash. There is no online checkout, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
