Free with every in-home visit: bringing in the mail, watering the plants and putting
the bins out. And the meet-and-greet before your first booking costs nothing.
A note on shy cats. Plenty of cats hide for the first visit or two, and that is
completely normal. We will not drag anyone out from under a bed - we feed, clean, sit quietly for a
while, and tell you honestly in the report card whether they came out.

Cats do not perform on demand, and we do not ask them to. Visits are unhurried and quiet: food first, tray second, then we sit down and let them decide whether today is a lap day.
