Our Story
"Nakama" is a Japanese word for the friends who become family. It's also exactly how we feel about the pets we care for — as a pet photographer, pet sitter and pet bakery in London, Ontario.
Made with love in London, Ontario
Nakama began with simple pet sitting for neighbours and friends — and grew from the joy of it. Today we bring together three things we love: capturing pets at their most expressive through photography, baking wholesome treats that make tails wag, and giving pets a safe, loving place (theirs or ours) while their families are away.
We're deliberately small. That means the same familiar face at every visit, limited boarding guests at a time, and treats baked in small batches to order. Your pet is never a number here.
